COVID-19 POLICY

RETURNS
 To ensure safety and sanitation standards at this time, we are not accepting returns. Email support@chateauhaute within 7 days of your purchase if your item is defective and we will give you a credit to apply on your next purchase on www.chateahaute.com.
Remember, normally our return window is set to 30 days. Please allow 5 days for your return to be processed by our team from the date we receive the product. Refunds will appear back to the original payment within 5-7 business days depending on your bank's clearance times and delayed processing times due to COVID-19. 
SHIPPING Due to the global health crisis and events beyond our control, DHL, USPS, and FedEx are currently experiencing shipping delays. Your package may be held by the carrier for delivery at a later date while they work hard to process your package with your health and safety in mind. Please be sure to monitor your tracking details once your order has been shipped by our team, and reach out to the carrier for more details if your order is delayed.

 

 REFUNDS 
Please email support@chateauhaute.com if you have a defective product within 7 days of purchase and we will refund you. Please do not send us back your purchase, but do send photos of damage.
Once your images are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have approved your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days. Or, in store credit will be applied. Please be aware of longer transaction and wait times caused by COVID-19, contact your bank for more information.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
